A dynamic and energetic performer, Towson, MD native Kris Lohn is a bass player, vocalist, songwriter and music educator. At home on stages large or small and in any style or line-up, Kris fuses jazz fluency with his DIY-punk upbringing to create a work ethic and energy that is all his own.
Kris fronts and writes the music for his band, “stop.drop.rewind”, a progressive/powerpop band that performs nationally and is now in its 15th year (think Rush meets Fall Out Boy!). He’s also a full-time member of Kofi Baker’s “Cream Faith”(playing the music of Ginger Baker). He has shared the stage with The Misfits, Mountain, Hawthorne Heights and Real Friends, among many others.
